FAQs

Can I make a reservation?
We don’t take reservations. There can be a short wait at peak times, but it’s usually no problem getting a table.

Do you have gluten-free (or dairy-free or vegan or whatever) pasta?
We have some items that do not themselves contain gluten, but nothing is truly gluten-free when there is flour all over the place! We have a few items that are dairy-free and/or vegan.

Can I see a menu?
Sure! It’s on our website: https://thenoodleguy.wordpress.com/menu/

What’s the burger this week?
Check our Instagram feed @valleynoodleguy.

Can I freeze your pasta?
You can, but we wouldn’t recommend it. Uncooked pasta freezes very well, but ours is par-cooked and tossed in extra-virgin olive oil and the texture suffers from freezing and thawing.

How long does your pasta keep?
We sell it as fast as we can make it, so the pasta you buy is extremely fresh. The sooner you use it, the better it is, but it will keep well in the fridge for several days.

Do you do take-out?
Yes! You can walk in and place a take-out order, or you can order over the phone.

Are you licensed?
Yes. We have a small but thoughtful selection of wines (from here and from far, by the glass or the bottle), beer (draught and bottled), and cider (ditto). We also have a very good selection of non-alcohol drinks.

What are your hours?
Hours are posted on our website: https://thenoodleguy.wordpress.com/hours/

Is there parking?
There is free parking on three sides of our building. There is street parking (parallel only) in front of us on Main Street and beside us on Kars Street, and there is a large parking area behind the building.

Can you donate to my fundraiser/charity/good cause?
Maybe! We get requests almost every single day for cash or in-kind contributions to various organizations and causes, so we can only agree to a fraction of them. Requests that arrive in person (and not at peak meal times) are much more likely to meet with a positive response than requests by phone, e-mail, or social media.
