a trio of appetizers:

  • local beef carpaccio with thyme-infused olive oil
  • pine nut-crusted chèvre with roasted beets and balsamic vinegar reduction
  • Digby scallops with lemon sabayon and dulse slaw

entrée:

roasted pork centre loin stuffed with Urban Blue cheese, served with candied figs and Honeycrisp apple demi glace, and accompanied by new potato pavé and roasted vegetables

dessert:

homemade ice cream with sweet corn cake and heartnut brittle
